Dove Kingdom Builders Ministry is a not-for-profit organization with a 501(c)3 status. The
Ministry was founded by Jim and Margaret Kewere, who moved to Jacksonville, Florida, from
Papua New Guinea with their three sons in February, 2010.
Jim and Margaret came to faith in the Lord Jesus Christ in the early 1970s and have continued to walk with the Lord since then. Their journey of faith across two oceans that brought them here to Jacksonville, Florida, began with an encounter Jim had with the Lord in 2003 in which the Lord gave them specific instruction to read (JOHN 9:7). They believe that this Word is a prophetic vision from the
Lord for their lives, with a commission to “ go” out to the world with the message of God’s love.
After arriving in Jacksonville, Fl, they served as volunteer missionaries with River City Church until April of 2019 when the Lord briefly led them to step away from River City Church, to seek Him for new directions in ministry that resulted in the birth of Dove Kingdom Builders Ministry in February, 2020.
During their time at River City Church, they were a significant part of the church’s leadership. Jim served on the Board of Elders as one of the spiritual overseers of the church for several years. In addition to his involvement as an elder, Jim and Margaret were also actively involved with the church’s prayer and intercession team, the church’s outreach ministries to families in Hollybrook, (part of the HUD housing project), and the people in the inner city neighborhood of Lackawanna through River City Church's Street Corner Ministry. They also led in small group home fellowships.
